PORTUGAL ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF
VISA SERVICES IN INDIA AND FACILITATES LONG TERM VISA APPLICANTS OF
BANGLADESH, NEPAL The Embassy of Portugal is pleased to announce the launch of its Visa Application Centre for all categories of visas (including Schengen) for Portugal to the residents of the Union of India (except the States/Territories of Maharastra, Goa, Daman, Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli) and also long term visa applications of Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. This will be effective from 01 December, 2005 at the following address: Visa Processing Services
(Division for Portugal) Portugal Visa Application Centre is operated by Visa Processing Services Division of M/s. BLS Detectives Ltd. It will be responsible only for accepting applications, scheduling of interviews where required and providing advice and guidance. All visa applications will continue to be assessed by Visa Officers at the Portuguese Embassy.
